Like all advise you recieve some will be good and some will be... well rubbish. When taking advice remember 1.Rest/recovery 2.Training 3.Diet .You will need all 3 of these items to gain the most benefit and achieve the best of yourself. Each bit of advice you get will fall into one or two of the above catogories. Cycling is mentally and physically tough but very rewarding. When taking advice be sure the person giving advice knows what they are talking about. A quiter never wins, a winner never quits(best advise I ever got). Enjoy.
