What is she shooting overall this WC, About 60%Tandrevold is even doing worse. 2 shots from 8 only
If so, it's about 90% in prone and about 30% in standing. What is she shooting overall this WC, About 60%
If we just look at the individual races and standing shootingWhat is she shooting overall this WC, About 60%
That‘s actually more than 50%, unless you mean she missed less than 50%.If we just look at the individual races and standing shooting
She missed 3 out of 5 in the sprint, 6 out of 10 in the pursuit and 3 out of 10 in the individual so that's less than 50% in the standing
At the end of the day, the team simply couldn't have done better than they did. They have had a wonderful championships that would have been even better if Tuuli hadn't broken range rules in the Individual, setting great ski times relative to usual and both Ermits and Siimer setting big personal bests as well. If they've all done the best they possibly could, nobody has made any significant mistakes, and the best they could do was 4th place, then they have every right to be happy with it. Like Samu I was a bit conflicted as I'm happy for the Germans to get a medal but an Estonian one would have just been so much more of a story. They shot 0+11 but they were skiing - especially in the second half of the race where they'd already used their strongest athletes - with skiers at a level above their station and how often have we seen athletes inexperienced in contesting podium spots go way too hard on the first two laps and shoot penalty loops or completely capitulate on the final lap? Neither Külm nor Talihärm did that, they were prepared to lose a bit of time to race their own race and just maximise what they had. It would have been so easy, say, for Talihärm to have tried to turn into Julia Simon and fire five shots in an instant when she saw Schneider missing targets with visions of a medal in her head, only to shoot like Tandrevold and end up capsizing the team. We've seen it many a time, albeit not so often at World Championships.I've never seen commentators being so happy over 4th place as the ones in our national TV are right now. The athletes are clearly overjoyed themselves too, it clearly was a 4th place won rather than a medal lost even if the medal wasn't that far. A day to savour.
Whatever it is its dreadful. 52% from the world number 1 (not for long, she will likely finish 4 or 5 the way her competitors are likely to finish the season). That‘s actually more than 50%, unless you mean she missed less than 50%.
It's Saturday, my brain is off. Hit 13/25 so ya, just over 50%That‘s actually more than 50%, unless you mean she missed less than 50%.
Clearly they didn't. Norway AND France on the loop, and Kazakhstan and ESTONIA up front again!I hope the Norwegian women didn't use up all the misses today.
He closed the gap too quickly after the first shoot. That's pretty poor skiing wise by Laegreid. Whatever about the shooting, you can't lose time to Estonia, Kazakhstan etc skiing
They need both Kühn and Doll to not blow it in the range though, and both of them are pretty good in individual starts but consistently pretty shaky in head to heads.Looks decent for Germany though. They have enough talent to stay away
And he did. Still a chance of a medal here though. Looking decent now for Norway thoughThey need both Kühn and Doll to not blow it in the range though, and both of them are pretty good in individual starts but consistently pretty shaky in head to heads.
They only have about 10" over France even so. Sweden way better placed than you might have expected with Brandt and Nelin on the first two legs, they still have Ponsiluoma and Samuelsson to come so they're very well placed for a medal. And he did. Still a chance of a medal here though. Looking decent now for Norway though
