I know but at some point someone in the team should sit down with them and telling that in the team there is one big star, a few semi stars, and they are neither. At least not in the races that matter. A Wellens, Del Torro, Großschartner, Majka, Bjerg, Novak and so on are able to get that. And therefore also more valuable for a team like UAE.

No question, Hirchi and Ulissi have no business here after MSR. But UAE....
