Default Cadel's magic shoes

Alright, so they're not magic shoes. But in browsing through CE's personal website, I saw a photo of him with a kind of cleat-alignment device, and I'd like to know if this is something available commercially, or something his team or coach set up for him, or what. Because I am only 13 years old and don't know how to upload an image from one of those dynamic pages, I can only guide you to it.

http://www.cadelevans.com.au/photos.aspx

Click on "The Real Cadel"
And it's the photo third row down, last column, of him sitting on the floor with some shoes.

(Anyone want to school me on how to upload that photo as well, much obliged.)

Cadel is playing with the Look Keo cleat fit system.
It is expected to be introduced to bike shops - however this may incur a fee.
So here is a cheap (ie free!) way to set up your cleats.

Here is another good article explaining the Look system.

As for uploading photos....
The way I was taught was: right click photo, save to a folder (or by default it will go in to your 'pictures' folder).
Then go to http://tinypic.com/ click the browse, find the foto then hit upload.
Then copy from the 'IMG codes for Forums & Messages" and then paste in to your reply.

Thanks Doc. That looks like a sweet setup; I thought maybe it was homemade. Too bad it's only for Keo's; I could use similar help with my cross SPDs.

Here's the photo:
