Oh, okay. Only... wouldn't your helmet being ruined sorta indicate that you might've hit your head a bit?
And therefore shouldn't be racing...

Well... if it is from the Tour, which I somehow think, I guess it would explain his rather.... unusual behaviour.

very obvious by the people on the side of the road here that this is in the US. so either utah, cali or colorado.
