Agree with Netserk - I really don't like him because of the way he rides. I won't include him in my team either. If I was sure that he was gonna score a lot of points - well, you can never be entirely sure - I probably would. But I think there's a decent chance that he'll have a dissapointing season again and the last thing I would want is to have Thor in my team if he's gonna fail

Verdammt! My first "final draft" ended up at 7922 points and that's even with 10 riders costing less than 100 points!

Back to the drawing board, but I guess this means I'll have to give up on at least one of my more expensive picks - that sucks!

I thought it would be easy to get under the 7500 mark this year with so many top riders underperforming/out with injuries this year, but I also struggle.
But as this is the name dropping thread; I think this was quite disapponting Hugo. You should at least hint at some names if posting in this thread

Yeah, I find it very difficult as well; there are a lot of riders that I want to pick, who I think would be good picks, but just can't.

Well if you are taking Gilbert that is already a hefty chunk of your allowance gone..

Many top riders are struggling, but I haven't picked them because they're mostly old/past their best and won't get better results. Btw I've already finished/sent my list, but I haven't put that much work in it, that way it it doesn't matter if the results are bad

Next year could be the same as the Giro '13; Nibali rides a phenomenal first week, but after that there's just no one around who has any hope of taking time back.

Picks like Gilbert trouble me, so tempting but so risky
