Andy appears to not have the "inside story" as you seem to accept.

Kimmage was already with Sky before the Tour and it was arranged that he would follow them for the Tour. Yet team Sky pulled the deal. So he then requested that he be allowed talk to Michael Barry, Brailsford refused - which seems an odd thing to when you know that your rider has nothing to hide.

Garmin don't seem to have a problem with the a..hole.

Thanks for the background. All seems a bit odd alright. I just thought at this horrendous time for the sport that there are more important things to focus on than trivial personality clashes. Maybe the reluctance has nothing at all to do with such nonsense.

And they haven't fallen out with Greg LeMond too, surely? Thought they'd have been falling over themselves to glad-hand the vindicated hero who's suffered so much, and is now at the vanguard of the "clean war".

I'm glad he has gone from Sky. As Pat McQuaid said - Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling. Nor has Yates.
Here for once we agree. Glad Yates has gone

I do dislike the descriptions of Froome as an alien. How he looks on a bike has no relevance to a question of doping

Sky are aligning these dots through the back door, possibly.

Some time ago someone said if Sky could get endorsed by Lemond it would put some of the suspicion to rest and unfortunately, I agree.

Rapha are now sponsoring Sky for clothing.

It was announced recently that Greg Lemond is getting involved with Rapha Continental - can't tell what that is exactly. Just a feature or an ongoing thing? http://www.rapha.cc/rapha-continental-with-greg-lemond

Heading there late Feb/March myself (hol not training). My eyes will be peeled but I just might make a false emergency doctor call to find out who/what(!) doctor I am referred to
