There are lots of legal ways to spin licensing the trademark. There is no crime for inentionally or otherwise doing what you may view as a bad deal.

If there are regulatory problems sufficient to bring some sort of regulator action, they are buried in the tangled mess that is the .org/.com scams.

And then there's the simple fact the regulators have already been bought at least once, so I'm sure there's a price for keeping regulators away from the .com/.org scams.

If you want to work on something, figure out what still binds Wonderboy to Hein and Pat.

I say two months, and I'm willing to put a tenner (10) on it.

They could in the same time send the remaining gold - if any left - to an organization that actually does something with useful with it.

There I was, reading the article on WADA increasing suspensions. Just when I was thinking that this could be cited this as the Armstrong rule - after all, Floyd has his rule - one ad jumped right out at me:

LIVESTRONG

WEAR YELLOW

Since 2004 NIKE has helped the
Lance Armstrong Foundation raise over
$80,000,000 to help fight cancer.

It rotates to promote

2012 Cycling Gear available now.

Yup, the Nike Swoosh still supporting Lance, and Livestrong inherently defined as Lance.

And, since advertising must generate a return, apparently this site is a fine place to keep selling all kinds of Lance memorabilia.

Dave.

Read the article, seems Livestrong still has dubious connections to those who have protected Lance and still is not serving a good mission. The letter written to the CEO by a former Livestrong volunteer was interesting, wish he would get more attention

Sport Illustrated, the publication that named him Sportsman of the Year has now rescinded that distinction and replaced it with "Turkey of the Year". So, unless Lance is preparing to admit his guilt/fraud, ongoing IRS concerns over foundation funds misusage or a general acknowledgement of his irrelevancy; what could he tell us we don't already know? That it's going to be called the Greg Lemond/Betsey Andreu/Floyd Landis foundation?
