I guess johnny is expecting more problems for the Schlecks Bros with Bruyneel.

I think Frank is caught up in Armstrong backlash. Its gonna be two years. No way is UCI going to let anything that even has the faintest scent of doping off the hook.

ALAD has had other analyses carried out since the hearing.

Dr. Anik Sax, member of the executive committee of ALAD: "There is no date yet for the next hearing, least of all for a decision"

If they test the samples enough, they will finally use them all up. Then, they can let him off on a technicality.

Dave.

Second offence? Did I miss an earlier sanction against Frank.

His connections with Fuentes were cleared by ALAD before (I guess he had legitimate reasons to pay a doping doctor), so no sanction in 2008.

They can't ignore that this time around. His dad has fallen out with Pat too.

If he was cleared by them first time round it cannot be considered this time. That would be no different to counting an acquittal and two convictions as three strikes.

I can see this being timed out by the Luxembourg ADA and Franck being back racing with no sanction.

Doesn't mean he wasn't doped IMO.
