Yes, i had forgot the two ex Liquigas. Probably Movistar signed them for the Italian calendar. The TDF is too hard for Quintana yet IMO. He suffered with the rhytm of the first week of the Vuelta, (said by him) also fell many times. I want to know what think Ryo about this.

he suffered in the vuelta because of the incredible heat in the first week. he had only 1 racingday prior to the vuelta and he had been trianing in cold boyaca for months. next year he should come back for route du sud and then tour. tour is usually hot too. still he improved so much his skills in flat this year that next year I don't see too many problems. his real problem with first week suffering is that he has problems placing himself well in a peloton, he needs helpers for that. and he didn't crash anytime in this vuelta except in last few days

When you consider how Movistar seemed to screw around with Quintana's race program (dropping him from the Giro last minute etc, going to the Vuelta with little racing), he's had a hell of a season.

If Coldeportes is invited to the Giro how would be the nine? Maybe something like this? Atapuma, Chaves, Duarte, Chalapud, Pantano, Suarez, Valencia... ?¿ Wait for your answer Ryo.

A bit early to compare really. They have both only done 1 GT and Henao had a semi free role where Quintana was sacrificed for valverde.

And Henao wasn't sacrificed for Froome at Vuelta ?

Henao also did Giro this year ( 2 GT's ), where he got 9th place

With this team they're going to get less Top 10 placings as NetApp this year.
