I'm very tempted to only pick riders from non-WT teams.

Well, there are five of them which I am very sure will stay there, there are still some others who I'm not yet sure on.

Got a bunch of Belgians and French too, but apart from that I have a very international team with the rest of the countries only having 1 or 2 representatives in my team.

You might be the only one without a certain rider from Luxemburg

The one costing two digits or the one with family ties and looking at a doping ban?

on another note, is there somewhere a comprehensive list of riders & teams for 2013? On CQ there is in / out per team and methinks the lists are not always complete

Cyclingfever's list of transfers is very good http://www.cyclingfever.com/transfers.html

It's true some of the transfers on CQ are wrong, they still have Boswell listed as going to Argos for example.
