It's possible that Lampre Merida get the norwegian, Vegard Stake Laengen. Whom this year is riding with Team type1. But because he is healthy, has to find a new team.

Hi guys, I know this is a long shot but I am one of the riders on the now defunct Exergy team in the US. I am currently without a team for next year.
I've had good results this year. Two wins, one at Mt Megantic at the Tour de Beauce and one at Sea Otter Classic. I even beat Rory Sutherland and Paco Mancebo at Beauce.
If you guys have any ideas I would love to hear them.
Send me an email if you prefer. Thanks very much.

You were right. The new signing is Luke Roberts.

So apparently Saxo-Tinkoff have signed another prominent rider, but are yet to reveal the name:

(the above link is in Danish btw)

Any suggestions as to who that might be?
