Apologies for not reading your post your excellency, although I appreciate your condescendency.

Edit to add:

Cedric Vasseur reads Cyclingnews.com ? This is his Tweet !

Wonder if Cyclosm enjoys making the news available to ALL ?

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/eusk...s-to-pay-wages

btw , thanks for translation and thus transfer to correct forum !

Earlier the CCN.org petition stood at 4165 , seems there are too few of YOU willing to support " Change in Cycling NOW " !

Today phat will be gloating about his " invincibility " as he doles out the final Pro World Team spots !

ARE YOU GOING TO LET HIM GLOAT IN 2013 ?

So even if a team already has a licence for the next year AND is within the top 15, they still get evaluated on the financial, ethical and administrative criteria?

Looks like it, but I doubt those criteria will have any influence once a team is in the top 15. In the past we have had teams with riders testing positive and salary payments problems that got a license. If those issues doesn't count against getting a license well dunno, perhaps bribes......
