Default Amgen agrees to $762m settlement

for encouraging off-label use of their EPO products. Still sponsoring the ToC I guess.

Although just agreed upon, this was actually announced a year ago, and brought up elsewhere in the Clinic. They announced the closure of the Longmont, CO plant this past summer.

If legal action is taken against any employees, it could prove to be interesting what may come out to save one's own behind.

And to think that they STILL sponsor a major California based team...
composed of many former national and even former world champions...
unbelievable!

I wish they could test every one of those racers at every race....

Watch the ToC on television and get yourself a slew of "Low-T" advertisement exposure. The sport gets the sponsors it deserves.

Great, now we have to rely on crap dangerous quality EPO fro China.

Also, where does all of this money they collect in fines go? To pay the debt or give some of the US tax payer money back?
