I guess Wonderboy will find out (if he hasn't already) that all the money he cheated from others is a lot less then he thought it was after Weisel and others took a massive chunk off it.

Good, I hope they win too, as I do everyone else that sues Wonderboy!.

Win?

They have already won.

Alas the suit will be settled. The question is; how much? and how much in costs will Rupert bill?

You have to wonder at what point does Lance have to flip on his patron? If he is pressed to testify at some point it's perjury or disclosure and Lance is one nut short of a good prison survivor.

If this were the UK, I could definitely someone in Lance's situation going into bankruptcy or court proceedings to claim poverty/did not sufficient assets to cover the amount owed/did not have sufficient income to live on, etc. The advantages would probably outweigh the disadvantages.

Not sure how it works in Texas or the US in general.

It's a pity the Times case never went to trial. Otherwise, Lance could be enjoying a stay in the "Jeffry Archer" room at Belmarsh.

Wonderboys as big of a fraud as Bernie Madoff. I hope he suffers the same fate(but I doubt it).

I think it has all gone quiet for now on the SCA ($8,000,000) case.

At this rate, ol Lance will be as broke as me. Maybe we can go riding together; I'm planning on 100km Xmas day to get away from in-laws.
