how ridiculous is it anyway to let tony martin ride 1 km. he is about as leats suited for it as can be. they should've taken a more sprinter type of rider

This is just about publicity lol.

Are you saying it isn't ridiculous to race against a horse in the first place?

Besides, the horse needed to win. It's an honor thing in these rich oil states. To have good horses that is.

of course not, Hoogerland versus Unforgettable was one of the biggest events in dutch sports history

Tony announced his race programm.
I have to say i am a little bit sad that it is the same as in the last two years.
I hoped he would go back to doing the Tour de Suisse and maybe the Tour of California.

He's rather unexplosive, maybe he could try Roubaix but of course OPQS don't really need him there. The Ardennes weren't a success for him.
