Default Steven De Jongh to take up sport director role on Team Saxo-Tinkoff

I thought that Riis would have hired Bobby Julich because Julich rode on Team CSC in 2004–2008.

But Julich is involved in the Armstrong case.

Neither Julich wants to be a DS. He's just a coach for now anyway.

De Jongh is a DS, they needed one and they hired him.
