Default Savio on Rujano

I translate this article into Savio saying that Rujano wasn't prepared to do what it takes to win--and that he's happy to dump Rujano to find somebody who will do what it takes to win--Pellizotti.

The article doesn't sugarcoat it.

How can there be any hope for clean cycling with petty tyrants like Savio running teams?

I'm sorry - where does the article suggest anything about Rujano not being prepared to do what it takes to win? I don't see anything of that sort either explicitly or between the lines.

That's how I took it, especially with Savio ready to build around Pellizotti as soon as he gets off his doping suspension. YMMV.

MarkvW reads news articles in a similar fashion to his law books

"Rujano has a sore throat, but so do I!". As if they are at all comparable.

It worked well with Scarponi.

Johnny Savio always enjoys controversy , since it makes headlines and gets the Sponsors lining up to join his team !
Button holed him in Verona about Ferrari and he had a smile on his face the whole time and as the results rolled in the smile became bigger !

Any bets his Team won't be " Pro Tour " next season ?

Couple of crashes Saturday on the Stelvio left me bruised and sore , one was heading down and hitting the unlit tunnel wall !

HELMETS : Don't leave home without it STRAPPED in place !
