From what I read there was the 2001 Giro raid where insulin was found in his hotel room and later the name that was linked to him in the Fuentes files (PTNI) in 2003 had a program that included insulin.

Pastronef, that can't be Colom. It's the Liberty roster for the Tour, and Colom never rode for them.

The D is not really a D, though that could obviously be a scan/printing issue. (probably)
Nope, it's clearly a D. It's also the only word I can think of that would make sense in that context.

contador finished 35th in that tour, being only 22, he was most likely clean. even de kort said he never saw doping at liberty. especially young riders saw nothing of it.

That is in line with many of the USADA witnesses' statements - you get your *** kicked for the first year or in some cases two, then you get some help from the doctor forthwith. Almost a rite of passage into the omertà.

Yawn that fax is so old I've seen it like a billion times already.

Nada o igual a JJ makes sense for Luisle and Alberto since they were both still very young.

Anyway we already know Alberto was a client, I just hope he won't get banned

The fax doesn't describe a full program or anything like that - just fine tuning for the big race. All the important stuff would have already been done at that point

Wasn't that just in Operacion Puerto: the blood bags marked AC? Colom wasn't on Liberty Seguros.

There were no blood bags marked AC as far as we know. The blood bags used the full code names, not just the initials, so for example Jaksche's bags were marked "Bella", not "JJ".

(Also, googling "blood bag bella" brings up really weird results. Curse you, Twilight)
