I think that is a valid concern, no? Or do we know what the final aim of the T&R process is and what is likely to be done with all the information gathered?
The Amnesty & T&R process was being insisted upon by WADA & USADA & CCN as a condition of their joining the UCIIC investigation.
This was obstructed and denied by the UCI until the last minute. The UCI's blocking and stalling tactics continue, the latest being their whinge about being too poor to continue. It's not the UCI who want the T&R amnesty, it's the UCIIC and the other parties, so the proper detailed forensic investigation can be enabled to proceed.
Brailsford knows this too, and is being disingenuous claiming that the reason for the amnesty is to investigate the riders. It's not, and he knows that.
