Geraint Thomas would be under this time as he was solo over the top but by how much given he was caught on the descent just a minute or two later? My guess is 10 to 20 seconds? If it was 50 seconds as Ferminal suggests I'm wondering how he was caught so quickly? In any case it was a super ride by Geraint Thomas and I think DR's time of 8.30 up there is pretty solid too. Much of the peloton would have been over this.
I think Ferminal is tripping if he thinks GT was 50 seconds quicker. I was standing on the last hair pin that day and they were all really close together. Ive got some video footage I will mash up and put on my youtube channel soon as Im doing some more vids about climbing tips and these lads were really spinning up the corkie in high cadence cassette selection.

I did a few rides with Hermans. Really nice guy and down to earth. I will get down to the 8.10's by the end of this month. Did another 8:30 today on strava lol! Not even a second quicker than my current pb.

That's what happened to me, but around 45. Now, I walk by a salad bar get a whiff and gain a pound. It's crazy.

Time to get on the high carb low fat vegan bandwagon boss. Look at all them trim high carb vegan authors that don't exactly even ride bikes up hills like us folk here on CN forum.

Mean you actually did the ride and can verify it with a map, strava segments passed thru etc. Some people in those Strava Base Mile challenge just upload random 200km rides whenever they feel like it. One guy did a 351km manual entry on the last day lol!

So Harley, you haven't mentioned bananas in forever. What's up with that? You haven't abandoned the "raw vegan lifestyle" have you? And why no pics of Boobsalot? You haven't broken up have ya?

This is important stuff and you owe it to your fans. Updates please. Raw Vegan first, then the girl.

Havent you seen our latest videos on our youtube channels? Go take a sneak.

Basically I got diagnosed with a protein deficiency and now work at KFC so its easier and cheaper for me to get protein. Freelee left me for this paleo diet author. He is 60 years old but looks great after 10 years of HGH therapy.

Im happy now I guess. Maybe its just the meds the doc got me on. I get to fit in and am back at the pub. Ive put on 40lbs but its all muscle, not a gram of fat. Id post some photos but not sure how to upload to the net. But Im ripped as on this KFC diet.

Bananas and fit chicks? Nah brah! Thats just weird!
