Its he sign of the decline in cycling, moneys harder come by, local governments are not as keen to accommodate either.

Cycling in how its funded is a funny one, as you can charge a ticket price except for finish line and vip areas.

Finally they've started. The last 20 k's should be interesting with some climbing and the uphill finish at the end of the stage.

If this is correct - http://www.letourmed.fr/5-parcours-2...prefecture.pdf, there is only one lap and the finish is flat.
