Frank's suspension did happen in the meantime, but I think there's more than that.

He should speak with Jensie. Not about repaying services, but about cycling, career... life in general - if you want. Maybe there's still no need for professional intervention.
I would've thought that in all the years he's spent on the same team with Voigt that maybe a little of Voigt's professionalism and work ethic would have rubbed off but it appears not. Add to that the opportunity to learn from O'Grady and Cancellara. What has he been doing all these years?

Andy can no longer rely on his talent, U23s can. Preparation and willing to suffer is the only way up.

I agree with you basically. Though IMO talent is inside of a rider whatever his age. Talent just underlines how much easier one achieves something than other one.

I meant to say this: Andy can no longer rely just on his talent, U23s can.

As potentially talented Andy is, he is certainly no genius on or off the bike. But yes, agreed, lets give him time to get ir right. Still very early.

Yeah, still plenty of time to learn how to shift without jamming his chain.

He's going to post something like that when he fails at ardennes.
(That post was made after he got dropped on a 3rd cat climb at Dauphine)

That post is not for acrimonious posters who like hanging out in this thread. I post what I find necessary. Thanx.
