Maria (Cipo) was known from long in the OP summary but hadn't been really noticed among others. His schedules are part of the Tomo III which has not been released as far as I know.

The Dr that certified Manzano had health problems related to his doping, and who was going to testify as a witness tomorrow, has just died of a heart attack.
