Jon Izagirre wins! Intxausti 2nd, Shalunov 3rd. Somewhat surprising to see Izagirre win a TT, but it's a good sign for his GC ambitions.

Yes, their bike-handling and downhilling skills are excellent, but I just didn't think Jon could win this TT, in this kind of field he mostly comes 7th or something.

He has been improving steadily over the last few years. I hope he'll do a great Giro, he definitely could try to win a mountain stage from a break.
