this only gives reason to colombian teams withdrawing. or where all 5 foreign teams withdrawing, colombian teams?

Al primer puesto en la clasificación general individual conseguido el pasado domingo por Giovanny Báez en la I Vuelta al Mundo Maya, que se corrió en territorio guatemalteco, se suma ahora la gran actuación de una de sus jóvenes figuras, Salvador Moreno, que alcanzó a subirse al podio de la Vuelta a Chiriquí (Panamá), por detrás de Jorge ‘El Piyuyo’ Martínez y Oscar Sevilla, gran campeón de la prueba panameña que el año entrante estará vistiendo los colores de este Team. La escuadra tiene previsto iniciar la pretemporada la última semana del mes de enero de 2013.
The `FORCE´ is planning to start the preseason in the last week of January 2013.
