Lampre-ISD to ride Merida bikes next year. Italian team moves to Asian manufacturer, via @BikeEurope.

It seems that we are going to leave Lampre , italians do not give any opportunities to our riders to rider for their own results . Contract with Lampre will be terminated ahead of schedule .

Interesting if Merida sponsors Lampre. There will then be two Taiwanese bike companies in the pro peleton.

They still can't compete with Giant though.

BMC With the road squad, which includes recently crowned world champion Philippe Gilbert, Shimano will take over wheel sponsorship duties from Easton.

let's see if they take care of the handlebars too (becoming a full sponsor as for rabo, argos, sky etc)

maybe without easton, Bell could be replaced as helmet sponsor too

According to Tuttobiciweb, the Reverberi team (now called Colnago and sponsored by Colnago) will ride on MCipollini bikes for 2013; they don't mention how long is the deal.

I wonder if that means Farnese Vini will change. Could they go to Focus if Aqua e Sapone are due to stop?
