Gazzetta says that the second rest day is after Galiber (which is also what Eshnar posted, so it is the one I'll believe), and Steephill says it is after the next stage. It makes me

Well why should you trust any source other than Gazzetta
Steephill probably reports the route as it was rumoured (the rest day was supposed to be after Ivrea).

This just reminded me how much better next years Giro is compared to the Tour failure.
