They were measured in 2011, during Vuelta a España

Yes, but the climbs this year were a bit more difficult. The Ponferrada circuit seems to ressemble that of Varese more.

Yes, but the good thing about Ponferrada is there are 14 laps... no previus flat section

I think it'll be a very tactical race, with a non-favourite win.
