José Serpa beaten and robbed during training ride in Colombia.

Similar to what happened to Andrey Amador three years ago, and will put his preparations back somewhat, but sounds like he's not too badly hurt at least.

Those Columbians needs a body guard when they're out training, been hearing about this for years makes you wonder what happens to any up and coming rider who is not a Pro yet, do they have the same issues?

colombia is relatively very save to train. pls name me one other incident liek this in the past few years in colombia

People are so ignorant about situations in other countries, it's disturbing.

Like people thinking that you can't walk on the sidewalks in Caracas because you will be shot. It's all bull****.

Sure, there is some violence, but that's mainly limited to drugs militia and certain remote areas.
