Did they put the finish line a lot closer to the bottom of the slope this year? I'm tempted to go with Cancellara if that's the case. Bennati if I had to put money on it though.

How is BMC looking?

I think they would have a great line up for this w Ballan, Hincapie, Burghardt and Kroon if they had the fitness

I know Hincapie is doing well but not sure bout the rest of the guys?

I think a determining factor on how well EBH will do might be how many other Sky riders get over Poggio. Right now EBH really needs a couple of guys to lead him out to get him into a good position for the sprint. He's not as good as alot of the other sprinters at finding the right wheels and getting in a good position by himself yet so if he gets too alone that is a rather big uncertainty factor for him winning.

I'm sure he could still win it if he's alone but he needs to have more luck for that to happen.

I would put my money on Flecha or Henderson if he is starting. However Bennati looks strong as well.
Is there any sources that have confirmed Henderson?

Yes, it was mentioned by Sunderland on the Team Sky webpage.

They thought about it for a while but it will be same as last year

Uh, I think he only guided ONE teammate to a win here. Still, I guess guiding A winner is better than guiding NO winners.

It will be interesting to see what BMC can do. Ballan and Hincapie have the chance to pull off the same sort of tag team tactics that Boonen has done with Pippo (at M-SR) and Devolder (at RVV and P-R). One attacks, and the other can sit back and watch what happens.

Dream scenario:

Ballan, Pazzato, Boonen and Cancellara attack on the Poggio, then settle it between each other at the end!

Dream scenario for me is: Eddy Merckx comes back from retirement, sits in on the climb, then escapes on the descent into San Remo, sweeps up a lone break away and nails him in the sprint!!
