Time to get on the high carb low fat vegan bandwagon boss. Look at all them trim high carb vegan authors that don't exactly even ride bikes up hills like us folk here on CN forum.

Mean you actually did the ride and can verify it with a map, strava segments passed thru etc. Some people in those Strava Base Mile challenge just upload random 200km rides whenever they feel like it. One guy did a 351km manual entry on the last day lol!

On a 7 year old alloy bike with 9 year old wheels and groupset and a used water bottle I found on the side of the road a few months back.

So Harley, you haven't mentioned bananas in forever. What's up with that? You haven't abandoned the "raw vegan lifestyle" have you? And why no pics of Boobsalot? You haven't broken up have ya?

This is important stuff and you owe it to your fans. Updates please. Raw Vegan first, then the girl.

Havent you seen our latest videos on our youtube channels? Go take a sneak.

Basically I got diagnosed with a protein deficiency and now work at KFC so its easier and cheaper for me to get protein. Freelee left me for this paleo diet author. He is 60 years old but looks great after 10 years of HGH therapy.

Im happy now I guess. Maybe its just the meds the doc got me on. I get to fit in and am back at the pub. Ive put on 40lbs but its all muscle, not a gram of fat. Id post some photos but not sure how to upload to the net. But Im ripped as on this KFC diet.

Bananas and fit chicks? Nah brah! Thats just weird!

Butter face, comment?, thought I, so I looks it up, "But her face", everything but her face. Doh! That is way too cold. We're all supposed to be friends here. Remember mate, the jugs ain't real so you might want to check the warranty before making a commitment.

And Harley, I never would have pegged you for having a sense of humor. My respect has grown more than I ever could have imagined.

(BTW, do you think kumquats would be a good substitute for nanas? I might be able to do 30 of those in a day.)

Yeah - that was cold! And not accurate, either.

DR humor - I never would have expected, either.

Can we be sure that no animal matter was used in the production of those bolt-on jugs?
