I couldnt find a good video on the net explaining the difference. So I made one myself with a local starva berg - The Corkscrew to demonstrate.

cheers mate but that one seems to be hijacked with comments about trolls etc.

what I love about using a power meter is it gives me a number to chase and takes all the guess work out of climbing or recovery pacing.
