hill repeats on trainer?

so supposed to have some hill repeats after work today...but it's raining something fierce...

plan will be to do it as big gear work on the trainer at 60-70 cadence. anything else i could do to help simulate the hill session??

Why would you climb at such a low cadence? And trainer sessions are always good. To induce adaptation you must provide a stimulus, whether that is up a mountain or on the trainer it doesn't really matter.
