I want to lose weight. Been using l carnitine for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any changes. I eat healthy, sugar free and probably on the low side of carbohydrate intake.
Ride around 10 hours a week and don't have much time to do any more. 4 of those hours are 1 x indoor trainer sessions. My job can be very physical and always on my feet.
Anyone used l carnitine and got results and if so how long did it take and how much and often do you use it?
If you're using any other supplements for weight loss I'm all ears.
