Login problems on Cyclingnews

04 Feb 2015 20:52

Hi all,

I'm really sorry about the current login problems on the website.

It's due to a fundamental incompatibility with forum databases that we weren't previously aware of, and it's now manifesting itself through not being able to log on easily any more.

We are exploring alternatives and fixes and will report back as soon as we have some workable solutions.

Thanks for your patience. This is a priority for us to fix.

It's almost as if they are trying to drive people away from posting on this forum with the constant breakdowns and the horrible moderation.

CF: No, I knew.

An update to the login issues:

The login will continue to be temperamental as there's no easy fix.

We're currently weighing up alternatives and will keep everyone posted
