What took you so long!!!
Rides like Valverde, sprints like Valverde, it's Valverde...
Except he's French, and the French don't dope  .

I think what happened today in Cali is of such magnitude it deserves it's own thread.

Alaphilippe acounts for 10% of tonight's sad show.

Just look at how totally spent Sagan was after the finish, and then compare it to how fresh Alaphilippe seemed to be. What a joke.

Maybe he really is Valverde's successor. The best in hilly stages, amongst the best in the mountains.

I'm don't have much knowledge about the current state of doping in cycling and kinda was in the assumption that doping was mostly gone since the whole Armstrong-thing (naive yes) but this Alaphilippe is 100% doping right? (serious question)

Sagan is a guy who comes second or third to a sprint won by Cavendish though. His ride today was nothing short of a miracle.

Not as much as the guys who come 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th etc in a Grand Tour.

i heard UCI let USADA do antidoping tests here

i hope they catch both Julian and Sagan

this is so ridiculous that words can't describe, Armstrong and all his EPO era mates were 10x more believable.

Serious answer: the teams and riders will always tell you that doping is in the past and everything's good now. And in 2 years they'll say 2015 was dirty sure, but 2017 is definitely clean.

Timing them up the climbs, they're as fast as always, in some cases faster. Nothing has changed.
And Etixx's team doctor is infamous for producing performances like today's out of athletes

I saw Alaphilippe flying on some parts where Horner, Gesink and Leipheimer in years past were going half the speed.
