2011, Horner and Levi 23m35s for 8,75 kms
Anyone have the time for Alaphilippe?

I will rewind it and time it, but assume jens_attacks already did it and will son share the results.

edit: the tour tracker doesn't seem to let me do it this time.

Alaphilippe, only 10 seconds slower than Horner-Leipheimer record time on Mt. Baldy. #ATOC

It was quite funny indeed, reminded me of Cobo sprinting up Angliru in 2011, coming over the finish line with a bright smile and not a fatigue in the world.

My favorite part was how much Christian VandeVelde was enjoying it

Alaphilippe acounts for 10% of tonight's sad show.

Today's miracles can be explained only by the power of shamanic ghosts living in these sacred mountains... or perhaps there was the "AMGEN(*) Day" today.

Alaphilippe was flying. 10 seconds slower, eh. I think year's field is the weakest one I can remember.

Sky looked to be the only team that fielded a true World Tour Team. BMC, Trek, and Cannondale's teams felt sub-par.

So did Armstrong and di Luca and ricco, and vino and dekker and flandis etc. And that makes it ok then? No use complaining about doping, let's just ignore it because the perpetrators "don't care" what we think

this is so ridiculous that words can't describe, Armstrong and all his EPO era mates were 10x more believable.

I'd say it's on the same level as Hincapie going from cobbled classic specialist, to winning Tour mtf's to being talked up as Armstrong's successor.
