The BBC reporter said that athletics does not want to get the same rep as cycling ....

He's seen no evidence of doping working with Salazar, so he's staying with him

I'm no body language expert but his nervousness was palatable and he came across as evasive. It was incredibly unpolished for such a big name. He'd not been coached. Floyd rather than Lance.

Which no reporter did. The spin on Channel 4 was Mo as victim. I don't get the British press; scathing, sarcastic and fearless to politicians, biggest fanboys to sportsmen and the Royal family.

Via twitter Mark Daly says Mo's had a month to come up with his story, get Alberto's side etc. Does not wash at all to be acting all shocked and surprised now.

Mo Farah's agent was made aware of the BBC's allegations against Salazar and Rupp exactly a month ago.

I think Mo is the chosen one. A once-in-a-century talent like clean Bolt is. He don´t need to dope. He is a victim of haters...

The BBC story shows that Salazar's athletes have got some impressive company line-towing.

When quizzing Farah, they advise:
The Olympic 5,000m and 10,000m gold medallist told the BBC: "I have not taken any banned substances and Alberto has never suggested that I take a banned substance.

On Rupp, they confirm:
Olympic 10,000m silver medallist Rupp, now 29, said: "I have not taken any banned substances and Alberto has never suggested that I take a banned substance."

While I don't doubt their agents will have prepared statements for them, the fact that the wording is exactly the same is quite amusing.

Pressure building.
The way he handled the press conference and now this I don't think he is going to last long.
I wonder what the dynamic duo of Steve Cram and Brendan Foster are thinking about all of this.

I'm surprised the BBC went all the way in 'exposing' one of their 'chosen ones', they've got athletics viewing figures to maintain! They were clearly deliberating over some time whether to complete the investigation as this link states; 'it was quietly shelved in 2013' http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/olympic-legend-mo-farah-stunned-2275353.

He's probably upset someone at the BBC who's gone and hit the unchosen button. Seems that's the way showbiz/pro sport works(same thing). All the same, Farah and Salazar have had years to get their story straight.

The way he has played the victim has left a sour taste, railing at the media. What do you want them to do Mo?

Am loving this story. An obvious fraud and a fake now feeling a bit of pressure. Mo looked like rabbit in the headlights in that press conference.
