Some bright spark at SkySports came up with the idea for Mo to hold a Presser on Twitter.

It's priceless, I'm thinking someone at SkySports is probably working on their resume right now.

As I said on twitter, you would think Boaty McBoatface told everything people need to know about getting public input from the internet.

If they had a form to submit questions that didn't become public, that could be screened. Here it has a life of its own.

Yeah, the easy-to-manage days of "send your questions on a postcard to..." are long gone. My favorite of the lot was "How many times did Alberto have to explain micro-dosing before you got it?" Good times!

And his TUEs are out

Intravenous saline solution? Like....to lower hematocrit after taking EPO? Why the hell would anyone be given a TUE for that?

When all is said and done, I wonder how many Salazar-coached athletes will have TUEs for asthma therapies...

I suspect the number will be small, and we will be force to conclude that he is a very allergenic guy

He passed out at finish line the NYC half around that time IIRC, so it was truly emergency treatment.

NYC half is in March. I don't remember what year he passed out.

A TUE is required because any IV of more than 50ml/6 hours is prohibited. That and the painkillers are consistent with hospitalization. Story is published a month after the TUE was given:

Why would Mo's name be removed from the Rio medals section on the Olympic website and why would it show him as having no medals at all?

I know we are not supposed to read anymore, the intertubes is strictly image based. But the accompanying text still goes like this:

"A world 10,000m and 5,000m champion in both 2013 and 2015, Great Britain’s Mo Farah has now completed an Olympic ‘double’ on two occasions. In taking gold in both events at London 2012 and Rio 2016, he became only the second athlete after Finnish legend Lasse Viren to achieve the feat."

Still in good company, there. Would be awesome if Mo was busted properly, tho.

The Brits are keeping the Clinic in business!

L'Equipe to publish 'exclusive revelations' about Alberto Salazar in this Thursday's edition. Relates to long-distance runners, Ap-May 2016.

It also came days after it was reported Usada was seeking to retest Farah’s blood samples for the banned substance EPO, or erythropoietin, as part of its investigation. The 33-year-old, who vehemently denies any wrongdoing, declined to comment last night over the involvement of the FBI in Usada’s inquiry, whether he had been spoken to by agents, or whether he would co-operate if asked to do so.

The FBI!
