It is simple math. Most countries even have graphs that show how many beers will get you to the limit depending on your weight.....in Jan's case he was almost 3 times the limit so he drank a lot.

Ok, I might have have been a little quick to call you and idiot, I am sorry for that.

FoxxyBrown1111 wrote:Happened to someone I know. The judge didn´t gave a penalty. It was a accident. Now if the same woman had a glass of wine, hell would have broken lose... all those phucking double standards... Ullrich was wrong place, wrong time. Period. My opinion.

I don't understand how that can be labeled "double standards". If you consume alcohol, your ability control your vehicle will decrease and you judgement will also deteriorate, hence an accident is more likely to happen.

Picture is taken last december. To me he looks like he is in his best condition since years. Check his facebook page and you will see a quite fit looking 41 year old guy.

I'm fairly sure he did, at least after his first Tour win. I also believe that by nature, his body tends to be more 'stocky' or 'thickset' (I don't what's the proper english word) and he needed to fight harder than most to keep his weight down in the first place. Take a look at his brother Stefan for example.

Looks extremely fit. Only in a sport of eating disorders would anyone characterize the man as fat.

QFT

As I met him when everyone was screeching how the man was a whopping 5kg's overweight I can only shrug. The notion he was guzzling bratwurst and beers was just preposterous. Even when 10kg overweight a TdF contender is extremely thin.

The evergoing notion that only if he should have kept his diet he would have crushed the Armstong/UCI block is just a hypothesis. Indeed nobody came ever closer than this seemingly obese lazy guy, so I guess the others were guzzling whipped cream and drinking tequila.

Are those pics from the Alpine Skiing WCH? It think on his right are Slalom Specialists Felix Neureuther and Fritz Dopfer.
