Good to hear, he may not become a Tour de France obsessed French rider.

Pinot considers to do Giro-Vuelta next year.

It makes sense, but FDJ must have their best rider in de Tour de France, their home country and most important race of the year. Who else could be captain?

Then Le Bon, Fedrigo, Geniez and Kenny for breaks :)
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong

The Grand Boucle wasn't just Europe's for the taking.

And then there's Bouhanni for the sprints. They'll be fine, FDJ didn't have a GC contender for years before Pinot.
How to ride like a Tour champion!

Exactly. Let Pinot wait a few years until he will destroy the field in the Tour and FDJ will send an absolutely amazing squad to the Tour with breakaway specialists and sprinters.

Bouhanni
Demare
Offredo
Geniez
Elissonde
Roux
Le Bon
Roy
Ladagnous

Kenny will stand with Thibaut in Italy. I bet for something like this:

Giro:

Pinot
Elissonde
Mourey
Le Bon
Roux
Pinéau
Soupe
plus guys like Mangel and Fischer

Tour:

Bouhanni
Demare
Geniez
Jeannesson
Vichot
Fedrigo
Roy
Geslin/Offredo
Ladagnous/Bonnet

Balanced teams. Probably FDJ is going to win stages in the 3 GT'S

Looks like a good breakdown of who should go to which GT. Send the climbers to Italy and the sprinters to France. Hope they do follow this breakdown, or something like it.

lining up Kenny for the Giro is too much of a gamble I think, regarding the temperatures we had in recent years

Delage should be in the Tour squad too i think.
I would swap Elissonde for Jeannesson/ probably include Geniez in the Giro too if they are riding for Pinot.
