Oh boy, this is so great! Having Boonen and Peter on great shape will surely mean mayhem on those crosswinds!

How has this thread not been used since September?

Anyway, goodbye to one of the biggest champions the cobbles have ever witnessed. May he recover well from tomorrow's hangovers.

Legendary, really makes to want to get drunk and bang some coke with Tommeke.

It's very sad to realize that for the first time ever I won't see my favorite rider of all times this spring campaign...

He's back!
Obviously not as a rider, but as an adviser for the Lotto Soudal team and an ambassador of their 'captains of cycling' project.

I'm sorry to hear that, Mayo. If you would like someone to lend an ear, you are more than welcome to PM me. I perfectly understand if you feel that it is harder to talk about as a man, but it does happen to all groups of people and it is not something one should be ashamed about.

Sincerely yours, Netserk.
Goodbye, Tommeke; thank you for all you have given us!

I'm crying inside...PR is getting so close...Without Tom...unimaginable...

On another note: Phil gave Tom an electric bike as a retirement-gift

Tommeke is working on a human intrest show for the Flemish television.

He's been very busy it seems. Advisory role with Lotto Soudal, alot of (car)racing, commentating work and now he's even making television!
