Daniel Oss thread

25 May 2016 11:13

Daniel Oss has taken all his major wins in team time trials, but not for lack of trying to win individual stages. He's at it again today, but will the three-man breakaway be able to hold off a peloton where most sprinters are gone?

He's one of my favourite riders, a real team player.

He's targeting the minor classifications in this Giro, which is why he's always in the breakaway.

I like Oss because he busts his butt for the team, and then posts up, truly happy for the guy he helped win (see photos above for examples)! TP has had some great things to say about him as well.

Would be nice to see him riding with Sagan again at some point. I think they get along really well too.

Indeed

But don't forget Quinziato

And the rest of the Mapei and Liquigas gang at the TdF '15 - the link between the two teams being, as ever in life, Pippo Pozzato. (and Wegelius and Paolini and a lucky few others)

Great team rider. BMC should have offered him more money but maybe he wanted out anyway.
