Not a transfer, but Team Wiggins will be Team Wiggins Le-Col next year with the new co-title sponsor

Dan Pearson, also a former Aquablue man, will ride for Canyon.

what is the story with Visconti ...Are Bahrain letting him go ? Has he got a team ? Is he retiring?

Also Fayer Quintana has not been listed as having a contract for 2019 ....Has Nairo;s influence dwindled??

And what about Danny Moreno ?

Dayer Quintana signed with the Pro Conti team Wilier-Triestina. Movistar did not offer him a new contract. I don't think Nairo has ever had much influence with management at Movistar. Last year he was complaining that Movistar only ever gave Bernal a token offer but wouldn't even negotiate with him and instead signed a young Spaniard whom Valverde had recommended the team watch.

Danny Moreno isn't still with Slipstream? Thought he still had another year on his contract there.

According to CQ, EF already have 29 riders for 2019 and Villalobos will be joining in the summer as the 30th rider so they wouldn't have a place for Dani Moreno if:
- CQ got everything right
- Villalobos will actually join as indended in mid-season and nobody will retire/cancel his contract before that

I also never read that his contract was for 2 years but I may be not the best informed man on this topic.

TY, I didn't realize he wasn't still under contract with them.

These are surprisingly high level signings for what I had thought was going to be an operation aimed simply at getting some of the best domestic amateurs some semi-pro racing.

Looking at CQ, it seems that Evo have signed Archbold from Aquablue and Zhupa from Willier Trestina as well as Gate and Wippert. Wippert with Archbold as lead out should clean up at Conti level sprints.

Lotto-Soudal will turn two riders pro from their U23 Team on July 1: Belgian U23 RR champ Gerben Thijssen and Worlds ITT runner-up Brent Van Moer.

Looks like no place for Brendan Canty and with Aussie season about to start, it's unlikely he's heading back there. Antipodean riders have often found a spot on the UK domestic scene, but that's been fairly decimated this year and there's plenty of surplus British riders.

Andriy Grivko still without a contract. He's 35 but based on last season's results, could still do a good job for a pro-conti team. Maybe after 9 years at Astana, he's unwilling to relocate

A shame about Canty, his Conti results suggested that he's certainly got the talent. Hope someone picks him up.

If Bennelong-Swiss Wellness are serious about a Pro Conti licence they can do worse than sign a rider like Canty.

They must have wanted some team leads/mentors who can get results and invites.

Some experienced pros are obviously desirable for a new Conti outfit, I’m just a bit surprised that they have the money. They’ve also just signed Cyrus Monk, Aussie U23 champ.
