Terrible camera angle at the finish, focused on the middle of the road where Modolo thought he’d won yet Boudat sprints up the outside and snatched it.

Modolo is a clown, lost a win. Boudat with impressive work at the finish.

What a narrow sprint too. Thankfully the peloton wasn't very big.

Agreed. When it is that close you just gotta sprint all the way to the line and push your wheel forward.

I don't think Velon have ever done a single thing that didn't make me want to vomit blood and decide which kitten is next.

What, other than the data-sharing, has Velon had to do with this race?

Don't know, anything branded Velon is guaranteed to turn me off.

RHD, it is as noted Velon jumping on the chance as above for a very transparent cash-in publicity stunt, which absolutely is in character for them.

Velon has been doing the data-sharing thing for ages... what's wrong with giving the people who are interested in rider-data, and can actually understand it, a chance to follow it live?

He didn't. He only posted up once he'd already hit the line

So lets see if Froome is 'emptying the tank' tomorrow on Allanades. Rumours say he has put in some nice work in SA and he doesn't have too bad memories from this climb, either. I say demolition time and 30 seconds to Landa/Fuglsang or whatever.

Hope to see tomorrow a big battle between two excepcional riders, Landa and Froome.

Well he didn't throw and only lost on the photo so that can be considered losing the win

Landa is in good shape, he want to peak at Pais Vasco, so he is my favourite for today. Froome will be close, and Froome will finally get the race at the ITT. Both of them prefer longer climbs, but is enought for them to show his potential. Just Fulgsang can be close IMO today and in the overall. Obviously I am with Landa becouse he knows me and we talk always when I see him, and now that is difficult becouse he is quite famous, but Froome deserve my respect as person and champion, and in his current situation of misinformation about him (as always), it wouldnt be bad if he win.
