We've not seen a ride like this in years.
Fantastic stuff! Looks like he was saving himself for this stage. Great team tactics too - not all down to him but wow, what a ride!

Epic ride from Andy today. This is how the tour should be won.

Of course, as a lone voice (well, along with VeloCity) in sticking up for Andy throughout, it gives me no extra pleasure at all in joining you all in saying 'Chapeau'. :p

Never thought I'd say it but Andy rode like a champion today. If not for the ride of voekler, andy would be rider of the day.

Shame they brought him back to 2 in the end. It was a brave effort, but not enough.

Even if they brought him back, it was still an impressive performance

Heh this is awesome. I´m sure there will still be haters, but today he made history.

Normally he would have Contador with him attacking, but Contador obviously wasn´t good.

Great ride by Andy. 10000+´s from me, because this is what I´ve been hoping for.

He barely managed to reach the line. The last km he lost 1 minute.
