Hopefully he goes in as a super dom but finds real form and it becomes a Sky polemic :) It would add some spice to the proceedings!

Yes, thats the way it should have been last year (as it was in 1986 and 1997)...the other way around, instead of the ridiculous "drama" that came out of DB's indecision and incredible (and understandably hurtful for Wiggo) lack of support for the reigning TDF champ.

Had to look up what polemic means :o, yes, totally agree!

I'm guessing Bradley lacks true belief in himself and is hindered by insecurities, so needs good performances and good mentoring to keep topping up his confidence and being sidelined to Froome has probably affected this badly.

Did he really want to ride the Giro 2013 instead of the Tour, or was it because he was told Froome was leading TdF 2013 and he was being demoted?

First real GC stage is cobbles, so there's opportunity there for a narrative, even if it won't happen.

Wiggins given protected rider status in case Froome crashes.

Or claims he's now a cobbles specialist and goes off 'stage hunting' and accidentally gets a GC lead when all the favourites get stuck behind a Franck Schleck special.

Thomas & Stannard should be plenty of support for Froome anyway, but lets be honest, I'm guessing all 8 team-mates will be on strict details that day.

The same team orders that Froome was following up that mountain in the 2012 TdF?

You only break team orders when you know you're good enough.

It would just be pathetic and embarrassing for Wiggins to try and backstab, get frozen out by the team and finish 17th or something crap whilst Froome wins anyway.

I think Mr Contador might have a different opinion.

indeed. I was just thinking the same. This anorexic obsession of sky, might take its tool. I read Froome's google info, he is supposedly 71 kg, so does he have to loose 10kg to get to 61kg? No wonder you get sick easily..

On the other hand, wiggins has been flying quietly away from sickness, crashes and set backs. And he rides with his weight :-). If he continues this trend, we got some dilemma again at sky...

Would love to see him winning the Dauphine just to watch the Sky team desintegrate into a vortex of b itching and leadership confusion.

Looks like Bradley's proving to be quite a hit in the USA, and he seems to be saying all the right things as well.
His new PR agency paying dividends.

It came up on my Facebook through Team Sky, looks like they can't get enough of him.

I'll look for a link and post it for you.
