So winning the WorldTour means you're getting relegated to 2nd division. That's UCI.

It looks like Purito will need to wait for the wildcards next year.

I really like Contador, but I really dislike his idiot team owner.

edit: okay, turns out it's Katusha.

No way an edit can save this one.

Current Avenir winner? Yeah, we haven't had enough crappy Avenir winners in the WT I suppose. We need another one.

Yep Quintana and Mollema are doing horrible as ex-Avenir winners

Kittel is nowhere near him, he gets dropped everywhere and he can't handle longer races. If big John rode in another team Argos wouldn't even be considered for WT ofc.

Grasping at straws lol. His teammate won, he didn't sprint and was boxed in anyway.

Of course Degenkolb is Argos MVP, but I can't see him win big races just yet. Did you see him during the big classics? The WC wasn't that hard remember.

Based on this I would say purito will ride the giro for sure.

No way he can rely on the ASO for a wildcard.

Not really. I still think Oleg Tinkov is an idiot.

The Belgian Avenir winner is not such a great rider. That's the only demographic El Calimero knows.

Woah. Looks like hiring only ex-dopers as DS's and having a convicted drug-dealer as team doctor doesn't comply with UCI's ethical code. Who'd have thought!

The WT #1 ranked riders team doesn't get a license???? Is this a Joke or what????

FDJ/Argos in but Purito out???

I'm Flabbergasted. The UCI are a bunch of meat heads but this takes the cake :mad:

this isnt the way i wanted it though. But hopefully Purito will get invited to all the races he wants so it could be ok.

Why were Katusha rejected though.

Bolded riders became pretty good. I also want to bold Quintana, but let's wait a bit longer. Obviously didn't include the last 2 Avenir winners because they have yet to prove themselves.

I'm sure the anger of Saxo fans versus Argos was completely justified ;)

Maybe the UCI have some advance information about the Mantova investigation.
