This was Zoncolan leveled, Verbier vanquished, RvV caught and passed, Sastre undone: I will never forget the way Cadel dashed Andy's hopes, and he repeated it the next day on the same mountain for emphasis.

Philippe Gilbert Liege 2011 was a brutal performance. Gilbert made the competition cry, literally.

In context Contador's Fuente Dé 2012 ride was significant.

Voted for Cancellara's P-R 2011 excellent display in the end.

Why isn't Gilbert 2011 not mentioned? And in particular his clean sweep in the hilly classics (BP-AGR-FW-LBL).

Greipel at Race of Berlin (I'm not sure what is the exact name) was definitely better

By the way, what does "best exhibition" mean?

What does exhibition even mean? lol

I'm gonna assume best performance of the last 5 years?

One thing is for sure: it's definently not a guy who sprinted 1 minute on a hill...

Talk about being biased ;)

He was riding at best 2,3km at the head of the group. And he was just riding tempo, not going all out. And it was only against 1 guy.

Don't get me wrong, it's impressive. But not the best thing of the last 5 years.
